By booking a cleaning service with Squeaky's Cleaning Services Louisville ("Squeaky's," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services we provide throughout the Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana service area.
Squeaky's Cleaning Services requires a valid payment method on file prior to any scheduled cleaning appointment. We use secure, industry-standard payment processing to handle all transactions. A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your card up to 24 hours before your scheduled service to verify that funds are available. This hold is not a charge and will be released if not captured.
Full payment is due upon completion of your cleaning service. Charges will be applied to the payment method on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend future appointments until the balance is resolved.
We understand that plans change. However, our team members reserve time in their schedules for your appointment, so we ask for reasonable notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. The following cancellation fees apply:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with any aspect of your flat-rate cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question at no additional cost. To submit a concern, please email us with a description of the issue and any supporting photos so our team can address it promptly.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to all flat-rate cleaning services including house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Hourly-rate services are excluded from this guarantee, as the scope of work on hourly jobs is determined by the time allotted rather than a defined task list.
When you book a cleaning with Squeaky's, you will receive an estimated arrival window. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, but please allow for a window of approximately one hour (for example, if your appointment is at 9:00 AM, our team may arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM). Factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or earlier appointments running longer than expected can occasionally affect timing.
If there is a significant change to your scheduled arrival time, we will notify you as soon as possible. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
Clients are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and cannot gain entry to your home or business after a reasonable waiting period (15 minutes), the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation and the applicable fee will apply.
If you will not be home during the cleaning, please arrange a method of entry in advance (such as a lockbox code, garage code, or key left with a neighbor) and communicate those details to us before your appointment.
Our cleaning services cover standard residential and commercial cleaning tasks as described on our website and in your service agreement. The following are outside the scope of our standard cleaning services:
If upon arrival our team determines that conditions at the property fall outside our standard scope of service or present safety concerns, we reserve the right to decline or modify the service. You will be notified immediately if this occurs.
Squeaky's Cleaning Services provides all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to complete your service. We use professional-grade products that are effective and safe for your home, family, and pets. If you have specific product preferences, allergies, or sensitivities, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our team members are trained professionals and we take great care in every home and business we clean. Squeaky's Cleaning Services is fully insured. In the rare event that damage occurs during a cleaning appointment, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the damage. We will review the situation promptly and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly installed fixtures, or items that are inherently fragile and not disclosed to our team prior to cleaning. We recommend securing or removing valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable items before your cleaning appointment.
Our cleaning professionals are the backbone of our business. By using our services, you agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with any current or former Squeaky's team member for cleaning or related services for a period of two (2) years following your last service with us. If this provision is violated, a fee of $3,000 per occurrence will apply to compensate for recruiting, training, and business losses.
Squeaky's Cleaning Services observes the following holidays, during which regular cleaning services will not be available:
If your regularly scheduled cleaning falls on one of these holidays, we will reach out to reschedule your appointment to the nearest available date at no additional charge.
We value open communication with all of our clients. If you have any concerns, feedback, or complaints regarding your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the matter while details are fresh.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
